Looking for Guest Contributors! – Updated!
Hi everyone! I am opening up my blog for guest contributors! I’m looking for crocheters and crafters that are interested in writing posts exclusively for my blog.
Are you wondering why someone would want to be a contributor? Here’s why:
- You have your own craft/crochet business and create your own crafts/crochet patterns but do not have your own blog
- You have your own blog but are trying to build a bigger audience
- You are just starting in the crochet/craft world and would like to build a business and create an audience
Here are a few reasons why I am looking for contributors (UPDATED):
- I have an infant and a new home so I would love to have some more time off to spend with my family and focus on designing some new patterns.
- I love sharing the work of others with my readers and I think they would love to have some fresh, new content from a different perspective.
- It would be a mutually beneficial opportunity for you and for me! I enjoy working with other crocheters and crafters and helping them grow!
What I am looking for:
- 1 Guest Post (a one-time post and no further commitment)
- 1 Guest Post Each Month (minimum commitment of 3 months)
- 2 Guest Posts Each Month (minimum commitment of 2 months)
I need crocheters and crafters that are willing to provide exclusive content for The Stitchin’ Mommy (i.e. original free crochet patterns, crafts of any kind, sewing tutorials, crochet tutorials, etc. that are currently not available anywhere else online.) By writing original and unique content for The Stitchin’ Mommy, you will have the opportunity to share your creative content with my readers, social media followers, and newsletter subscribers, potentially reaching a new online audience.
What you will get:
A choice of the following compensation options:
- Free Advertising Space: A 300×250 banner ad will be placed on the sidebar of this site for 30 days
- Free Social Media Promotion: Promotion of 1 post, sale, or shop link, each week for 4 weeks, across a minimum of 3 social media sites (Facebook/Twitter/Pinterest/Google+)
- Free Newsletter Advertising Space: A 300×300 banner with optional text in my weekly newsletter for 4 consecutive weeks
All contributor posts will receive the same attention as any of my other posts. They will be promoted on social media and in my newsletter. All contributor posts will also have an author box at the bottom of the post with information about the contributor so that my readers will know who wrote the post.
